Diving New Ireland with Lissenung Island Resort

Lissenung Island Resort is a 20-minute boat ride from Kavieng, New Ireland Province. The resort, which was started in early 1996, is all there is on the island. More than 40 dive sites are available for diving enthusiasts – from walls, drift dives, coral gardens and wrecks for muck diving; from pygmy seahorse to silvertip sharks and eagle rays – all just a 15-45 minutes by boat from the resort. Water temperature is never less than 28° Celsius.
